We reserve the right to modify or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these terms.

4. Tenancy Agreements and Payments

Lease terms, rent amounts, payment schedules, and tenant obligations are defined in the tenancy agreement between the landlord and tenant.

This platform provides tools to manage and record those agreements but does not replace the legal contract between the landlord and tenant.

Any disputes related to rent, lease terms, or tenancy agreements must be resolved according to the applicable contract and local laws.

5. Maintenance Requests and Repairs

Tenants or authorized users may submit maintenance requests through the platform.

Response times and resolution processes depend on the tenancy agreement, property management policies, and the nature of the issue.

6. Fees and Charges

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you for the platform within the previous twelve months.
